Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact and in resalable condition.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- We provide free return shipping labels for eligible returns. The product must be received back by us to process any return or refund.
- Returns are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
